1. Whatever trip you choose, Coastal Spirits Expeditions and Lodge is committed to providing high quality outdoor adventure with emphasis on safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.

General terms and conditions:

Deposit and payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, US and Canadian cheques.

A deposit of $150 CAN is due at the time of your reservation.
The balance of your payment is due 60 days prior to departure. 60 days prior to trip departure we also mail you your our trip information package, including your personal equipment list, maps and directions, waiver etc.. Cancellation policy: If we receive your notice:

More than 60 days prior to departure, full refund less the deposit. 60- 30 days: 50% refund

29 days or less: no refund

A waiver must be signed prior to trip departure !

Cancellation Insurance:

We recommend cancellation insurance in case you or a member of your family become sick and have to cancel your reservations.
